Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
TUV SUD America, Inc. is a global leader in testing, inspection and certification, seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team based in Peabody, MA.
About the JobThis is a full-time position responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, handling confidential client documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, including quality control measures.
- Handle and process confidential client documentation, including labeling, uploading, archiving, and document quality control.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the validity of information.
- Distribute communications in a timely manner and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, be motivated, and committed to self-improvement.
Requirements- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of office experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Products and good computer literacy.
- Able to work under supervision, independently, and as part of a collaborative team environment.
