Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document eCommerce requirements for large-scale projects, ensuring effective management of the requirements scope.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations independently, developing practical plans to achieve clarity while defining functional behaviors and business rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into comprehensive business and functional requirements.
  • Utilize various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and business process analysis to elicit requirements effectively.
  • Act as a product owner, providing guidance to development and QA teams, validating solutions, and demonstrating outcomes to clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Present alternative solutions to clients that align with their business objectives.
  • Engage in a globally distributed team model.
  • Break down high-level requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
  • Utilize visual analysis models and prototypes to represent requirements effectively.

  • Assist product management in planning through thorough requirements analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT services or similar environments.
  • Proven expertise in eBusiness, particularly in eCommerce and web application development.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills across both business and technical domains.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of internet technologies and trends.
  • Understanding of internationalization and localization challenges in eCommerce.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
