redbox+ Dumpsters of the Suncoast stands out from conventional waste management services. We specialize in delivering roll-off dumpster containers to both commercial and residential construction sites, but we offer an innovative twist (that’s the “+” in redbox+). Our patented design combines a roll-off dumpster with two integrated portable toilets, allowing us to provide two essential services simultaneously at a reduced cost. Our containers are recognized as the most efficient and innovative in the industry. As a local, family-owned business, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients, including general contractors, roofers, builders, remodeling companies, and homeowners.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with contractors and homeowners, fostering strong relationships with project managers. You will be responsible for safely operating a specially equipped late-model Kenworth T370 and/or Hino 338 single-axle truck, managing your time effectively, respecting the properties of homeowners, and working independently once trained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely deliver redbox+ Roll-Off Dumpster/Portable Toilet Combos and standard roll-off containers to customer job sites.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to contractors, clients, and homeowners.
  • Engage with contractors, clients, and homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain productive relationships with project managers.
  • Conduct safety pre-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Utilize the Docket Driver app on a company-provided tablet to log deliveries, pickups, and disposals.
  • Record driver hours as mandated by DOT regulations.
  • Empty containers at disposal sites and maintain weight ticket records.
  • Clean and service portable toilets and empty wastewater tanks at disposal sites. (While this is a minor aspect of the role, it is essential. We prioritize your safety with personal protective equipment (PPE) and uphold your health and safety as our top priority. Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a current CDL driver's license and consent to a driving record check.
  • Must have a clean driving record with a valid/current FL Class A or Class B CDL.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Must pass drug screenings before and during employment.
  • Must be familiar with the roadways and communities in the Manatee, Pinellas, Sarasota, and Hillsborough County areas.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
