Job Title: Barista

At Auberge Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite coffee experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Explain available items in detail.
  • Record order details and input them into the Point of Sale system.
  • Ensure dietary restrictions and allergies are noted and communicated with culinary.
  • Prepare beverage orders to accuracy.
  • Serve guests using proper utensils.
  • Assist with collecting and situating food orders from the kitchen.
  • Process cash, credit card, and charge sales.
  • Balance tip slips and run financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
