Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administration, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
