- **Lead Supply Chain Analysis and Forecasting**: Develop and implement advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to manage contractual performance and drive business growth.
- **Implement Future State GSC Model**: Design and implement a centralized intelligence and shipping model to streamline operations across all manufacturing locations.
- **Develop Strategic Plans**: Create and implement comprehensive plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Manage Risk and Compliance**: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: 10 years of procurement experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, with 7 years of progressive leadership experience.
- **Skills**: Lean manufacturing experience, thorough knowledge of complex electronic business enterprise systems, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
