Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Jude Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective administration of radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct simulations and treatment planning to ensure accurate and precise delivery of radiation.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification.
- 1 year of experience in radiation therapy or related field.
