Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Jude Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective administration of radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal education program in radiation therapy or 1 year of experience.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
