Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with medical and surgical needs. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and update care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans and coordinate treatments and interventions.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, including treatment progress and nursing interventions.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Act quickly and effectively in response to emergencies, utilizing advanced skills such as ACLS and BLS to stabilize patients.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • Active RN license in NH.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
