BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospice Nurse. This is a full-time salaried position with a focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the Lower Bucks County area.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic RN to work with our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, providing palliative care to clients in their homes. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for making home visits, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and providing comfort care to our clients.
Responsibilities- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and comfort care
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required

- Ability to perform 1:1 direct client care and advocate for clients' needs
