- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high customer satisfaction, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Tactical Support: Manage tactical day-to-day customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team's efforts to respond, process, and document customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Order Management Support: Provide support to the order management team, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment processes.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Two years of prior experience in business and/or sales.
- Skills: Exceptional critical thinking skills, independent thinker, and great team player. Attention to detail, prior experience in data extraction and price quote preparation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to deal with a rapid-paced/multitasking fast growth environment, strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, and a rigorous customer service attitude.
