Job Overview

Lapperts Ice Cream at Palm Canyon Drive is seeking an ice cream server to join their team. As a self-starter, you will be punctual and reliable in serving delicious high-quality ice cream in a fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve ice cream to customers ensuring accuracy and portion control.

Maintain a clean and organized work area including scooping stations, utensils, and equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products.

Maintain inventory and restock as needed.

Handle cash and process payments.

Assist in keeping the shop clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with a team in a busy environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $17.00/hour, tips shared among team members, flexible hours, discounts on ice cream for you and your family, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
