Our unique approach focuses on connection and building strong relationships with children, rather than coercing them to do what an adult wants.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have evaluation experience, a passion for working with children, and a growth-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Provide occupational therapy services in school-based settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • OTR License or ability to acquire
  • 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy (preferred)
  • Computer proficiency and comfort with technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
