Job Overview

RANR is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and prospects, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
