Key Responsibilities- Deliver school health services as directed by the Registered Nurse and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records and documents services rendered.
- Provide routine, special needs, and emergency first aid care within the department.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, school authorities, and allied professionals.
- Participate in educational efforts of the department and the hospital.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients served.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software.
This is a part-time position with an FTE of 0.0. The status is onsite.
