Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist or Clinical Trainee to join our team at The Village Family Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will work with families to define risks and strengths, create individualized treatment plans, and complete diagnostic assessments.

With a master's degree in a human service field and licensure (e.g., LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP), you will have the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and adults. You will also receive training on trauma-specific therapy modules and participate in creating a non-judgmental environment focused on our mission and core values.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $56,000, DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, 403(b) retirement match, and paid time off.

  • Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
  • Fully licensed (e.g., LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical.
  • Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
