We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. As a PACU RN Preop Recovery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, prioritizing essential patient needs and available resources.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to KFHPW safety standards and infection control guidelines.
- Identify own learning needs and participate in continued education programs to enhance nursing practice.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience.
- Primary nursing or case-management experience.
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN).
