Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated at $75,000-$89,000 per year, with the potential for on-target earnings to exceed $89,000 in the first year.


Job Description

As a Field Sales Specialist with Trelevate, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. This will involve prospecting and face-to-face presentations to small to midsize businesses in your target market, using our custom-built platform (CRM) to connect businesses with local competing suppliers for electricity and gas while ensuring a fixed rate.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own territory without micromanagement, allowing you to develop your pipeline and grow your career within the company.

  • Confidence and proficiency with current technology, including CRM systems

  • Responsibly managing time and organizing the day
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and teammates
  • Driven to make $89,000+ within the first year
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not required
  • MUST HAVE a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • MUST BE authorized to work in the United States

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with flexibility to manage your own territory and develop your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face presentations.
