Position Summary
The role involves providing critical restoration and recovery services to clients following specific work directives from the Lead Technician or Crew Chief.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation tasks as instructed by the supervisor, including water extraction, content pack-out, removal and disposal of irreparable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
- Installs and oversees air movers and/or dehumidifiers to facilitate the restoration process.
- May undertake additional cleaning tasks (such as construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor remediation, mold cleanup, carpet, and upholstery cleaning) as part of mitigation or restoration efforts.
- Reports any equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Communicates any customer concerns or damages to the supervisor.
- Completes assigned tasks in accordance with company protocols while ensuring quality control on every job.
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Follows instructions diligently and maintains focus on assigned tasks.
- Adheres to company policies and standards.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits excellent customer service abilities.
- Capable of reading and understanding product label instructions.
- Punctual and presents in a clean, complete uniform.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment

- Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently.
