Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting program monitoring, data collection, and reporting for our Head Start programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contract and agency requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to departmental operations, including preparation for quality assurance audits and reviews.
  • Monitor quality improvement goals and track outcomes on a monthly basis.
  • Review files, facilities, documents, classrooms, and processes for compliance with contract and agency requirements.
  • Perform monitoring processes for all sections of the Office of Head Start On-Site Review Protocol.
  • Review and support implementation of yearly updates from Head Start Program as they relate to quality assurance monitoring program processes.
  • Input monitoring results to our Program technical application as appropriate.
  • Participate in monthly outcomes review meetings and collaboration meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information as required by federal and state laws, and Head Start Program policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Head Start programs or social service programs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid California Driver License in good standing with DMV required.
  • Must meet State health requirements, including passing a physical examination as a condition of employment, Live Scan, and TB clearance.
