Job Title: Employee Relations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with management to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
