Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler/Packager to join our team at Bruno Independent Living Aids. As an essential member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging our products with precision and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic or mechanical products from blueprints using assembly fixtures and power bench tools.
  • Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills.
  • Communicate shortages, scrap, and delays to the team.
  • Operate small hand and power tools, including cutting, crimping, and soldering.
  • Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings.
  • Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order.
  • Assemble products to Work Order specifications.
  • Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity.
  • Package product for shipment.

Requirements
  • High school or general education (GED) required.
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required.
  • 2 years mechanical or electrical assembly preferred.

Working Conditions
  • Work in a modern production facility with heat and air conditioning.
  • Use hand/powered tools and operate pallet jacks, walk behind power lifts, and powered overhead hoist equipment.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, twist, reach overhead, and maneuver occasionally.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds routinely and occasionally lift 31-50 pounds.
