About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide world-class support for our B2B and B2C customers. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support for phone and email contacts
  • Helping customers with technical support, directions, and shipping
  • Logging all interactions to ensure information can be used to make positive changes to our business
  • Working on small customer support projects to ensure company and department objectives are met
  • Performing other tasks as necessary to ensure the success of the Operations team

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor
  • The ability to quickly come up with solutions and resolve problems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to receive constructive feedback and make positive improvements
  • Capable of managing up and establishing relationships with others
  • A passion for the problem we're solving
  • Working knowledge of CRM and VOIP phone systems
