Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Surety Title Company, LLC. This role involves managing residential settlements, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HUD-1 and CDF Settlement Statement Preparation, with a minimum of two years of experience working in a title company. A Notary Public license and NJ Title License are preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and files for residential settlements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone, email, and mail.
  • Review title commitments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Settlement Officers to prepare files for closings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and services to customers and related parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • At least two years of experience working in a title company.
  • HUD-1 and CDF Settlement Statement Preparation experience preferred.
  • Notary Public license and NJ Title License preferred.

Benefits:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
