Job Title: Senior Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Surety Title Company, LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
We offer an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process residential settlements, including purchase, cash, refinance, Equity Loans, Lot Closing, or new loan transactions.
  • Receive orders by phone, email, fax, or mail from customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide positive, courteous service.
  • Review title commitments and coordinate the processing of same.
  • Input orders into production systems and review contracts of sale.
  • Place orders with vendors, send acknowledgements/opening letters to customers, and order, track, receive, and distribute all items and services required.
  • Schedule closings and coordinate dates, times, and places.
  • Prepare files for Settlement Officers to take to closing, including invoices and certifications.
  • Properly document notes in every file and scan all documents to file.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least two years of experience working at a title company.
  • HUD-1 and CDF Settlement Statement Preparation experience while working at a title company is preferred.
  • Notary Public and NJ Title License are preferred but not required.
