Job Title: Network Installer

Mediacom Communications is seeking a skilled Network Installer to join our team. As a Network Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our broadband network infrastructure.

Job Summary:

The Network Installer will perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Installing and maintaining fiber optic cables and other network infrastructure
  • Performing strand mapping for new build areas
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure high-quality installations
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as telecommunications or cable installation
  • Knowledge of fiber optic cables and network infrastructure
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
