Tropical Smoothie Cafe Manager Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hospitality Manager who shares our passion for healthy living and unparalleled hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing and training a team of crew members, overseeing food preparation and assembly, setting up and monitoring workstations, managing inventory and ordering supplies, following safety and security policies, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring financials to meet or exceed established targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of crew members to meet brand standards and achieve sales goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financials to meet or exceed established targets and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience as a hospitality manager or supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
