Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, specifically within the health insurance industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Must be completely fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Experience in the health insurance industry a must or related
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of financial processes, regulations, and best practices specific to the health insurance sector
