Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Level II NICU with 18 beds and an average daily census of 9.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement plans to decrease gestational age and higher acuity admits to the unit over time.
- TX license required.
- Board Certification in Neonatology and recent experience required.
