Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rosecrance Inc. as a Part-time Receptionist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages as required.
- Greet all visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings and activities.
- Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
- Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- General clerical training or experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
Work Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours) with a schedule of Monday and Friday 4:30p-8p, and every other Saturday and Sunday 8a-4:30p.
