Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in Senior Living
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare/service sector
  • Possession of Certified Nursing Assistant and Georgia Certified Medication Aide credentials
  • Effective communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise caregiver staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Follow residents' individualized Service Plans
  • Respond swiftly to residents' needs and emergencies

Medication Management:

  • Adhere to the 'six rights' of medication administration
  • Administer medications with precision and maintain accurate documentation
Communication Duties:
  • Relay residents' needs and any changes to the management team effectively
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Wellness Director, Executive Director, or Manager-on-Duty.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended durations
  • Adhere to safety protocols while assisting residents
  • Stand or walk for up to eight hours daily
  • Support weights of up to 70 pounds
