MSE Wall Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled MSE Wall Superintendent to join our team at Gables Search Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Project Oversight: Supervise assigned project work, mediate between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Work Planning: Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedules for assigned project work. Review daily work schedules with direct reports and provide input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on project progress.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal equipment teams and external vendors to ensure that projects are equipped with the necessary equipment and material quantities to complete production within assigned budgets and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including construction methods, work plans, material requirements, safety, and schedule activities. Provide technical input to resolve project risks and document daily activities and meeting notes using Company-approved documentation.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all mandated inspections are completed within requested timeframes and support and promote strict adherence to safety and process controls regarding operating equipment, worksite safety, and documentation requirements.
• Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractor production and workforce regarding assigned project work. Recommend work schedule or work method adjustments regarding subcontractor activities, as necessary.
• Project Close-Out: Coordinate project close-out activities in line with project standards and Owner checklist requirements.

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years of management experience required.
