Position Overview

DuPont is seeking a dedicated and skilled Overnight Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on rotating machinery and systems.
  • Perform lubrication, cleaning, and repairs on various equipment and tools.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Work with pumps, motors, agitators, and piping systems.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for equipment to enhance performance and yield.
  • Analyze equipment failures and perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
  • Utilize your expertise to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures with a moderate level of supervision.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial maintenance sector.
  • Familiarity with tools and safe working practices is essential.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs of rotating equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing documents and maintenance procedures.
Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $30.
