About the Role

Boston Scientific is a global leader in medical science, committed to solving the challenges that matter most. As a Manufacturing Technician IV, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to advance science for life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including set-up and calibration tasks, rework, and quality testing.
  • Determine and develop methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Work with engineers in conducting experiments and evaluating equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  • Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process and comply with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
  • Act as a leader/mentor for other tech peers in areas including safety, technical expertise, and equipment purchasing.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience with an Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
  • Multiple years of experience troubleshooting high vacuum equipment, including high temperature ovens and sputter coating systems.
  • Proficiency with electrical and control system troubleshooting.
