Job Summary

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned center, ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures, and providing support to therapists and clients. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the ABA facility, including coordinating opening and closing procedures.
  • Support staff as needed during sessions, providing guidance and assistance as required.
  • Track supply stock, complete and submit supply request forms monthly, and maintain sufficient supplies of data sheets and administrative forms.
  • Assist with setup and coordination for trainings or meetings, and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the center on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Perform routine cleaning activities as needed and heavy cleaning activities as required.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and visits with the Operations Manager, and submit client timesheets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings, and provide center tours for incoming employees.
  • Communicate efficiently with the Scheduling department to ensure proper implementation of daily schedules, and create and implement daily lunch schedules.
  • Ensure safety compliance in centers, identify and communicate potential safety concerns, and greet parents and visitors.
  • Work closely with BMS Admin staff as needed, and provide 1:1 behavioral therapy as required (up to 20 hours weekly).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current RBT certificate preferred (applicants without RBT must complete within the first 6 months).
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
  • Must pass fingerprinting/background check and TB test, and provide clearance.
  • Ability to work across multiple work sites in Bakersfield and Wasco.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday during business hours (8a-7p) and Saturday (8a-2p).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email databases and etiquette.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback, effective time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent active-listening and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and their family members, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
