Enterprise Applications Engineer

AgReserves, Inc is seeking a skilled and analytical Enterprise Applications Engineer to join the Investment Farms office team.

This Enterprise Applications Engineer provides system support and training to all system users, and configures, implements, maintains, and upgrades business area applications to improve efficiency and productivity of the operations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support assigned applications, build relationships, and maintain deep understanding of business and products.
• Provide end-to-end support for supported products, identifying potential problems and creating contingency plans.
• Analyze user requirements to determine ongoing ERP and related system configurations and customization.
• Implement, deliver, and train on use of supported products while ensuring system delivery meets company needs.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation of product implementation, as well as test plans for patches and upgrades.
• Lead and coordinate work on smaller projects.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience using and supporting an ERP system - Infor/Lawson, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Experience in vendor/consultant management, project management and business analytics. Cloud/On-Prem Infrastructure, Enterprise Software Computing, Networking, Data Software Development experience desired.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, IT or equivalent technical related discipline.
Agricultural business understanding helpful.

Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate concepts, using verbal and written skills, to technical and non-technical colleagues.

Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese a plus
Able to work overtime and after-hours to meet deadlines, as needed.
