Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting & Systems plays a crucial role in the management, upkeep, and enhancement of financial systems that underpin accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee master data management and ensure alignment across various systems.
2. Conduct data load tie-outs and reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
3. Develop and distribute centralized reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
4. Provide training and documentation for system users, acting as a super-user for the EPM tool.
5. Monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize disruptions.
6. Implement necessary system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
7. Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and streamline reporting processes.
8. Support the administration of financial systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in system administration, particularly in an EPM environment or a related finance/accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Planful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, fostering cooperative relationships.
