Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grain Operations Manager to join our team at our facility in Bridgeville, DE. As a key member of our grain operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of crews and teams that receive, dry, store, and distribute grain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the facility manager in managing the operations and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Coordinate and direct the daily activities of crews and teams, including training and development of team members.
  • Operate grain probe, grade grain, and operate grain receiving, drying, and transfer equipment.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on operational equipment to ensure maximum availability and longevity.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Previous grain operations experience preferred.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Able to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities, including climbing vertical heights, carrying tools and equipment, and exposure to temperatures, humidity, and noise.
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment, including self-contained breathing apparatus.
  • Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and customer locations.
