The Certified Mobile Research Nurse position is a per diem/PRN role for PCM Trials, specifically designed for Registered Nurses. As a CMRN, you will be tasked with scheduling appointments within the designated visitation timeframe to conduct mobile visits for study participants.
Your collaboration with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site staff will be essential in completing visits and ensuring accurate source documentation is submitted.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking CMRNs to engage with a Pediatric demographic aged 6-17, as well as adults 18 and older, who are capable of performing the following tasks during mobile visits:
- Collection and processing of blood samples
- Conducting SARS-COV-2 antigen tests
- Administering urine pregnancy tests and reviewing contraception
- Assessing concomitant medications and adverse events
- Performing 12 lead ECGs
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least two (2) years of experience in performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (recent practice preferred)
- One (1) year of experience in collecting vital signs, ECGs, urine samples, and conducting urine pregnancy tests
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Proficient in maintaining detailed patient records, including medical history and medication documentation
- Strong observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB Test
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and automobile insurance compliant with state and/or agency regulations
- Ability to communicate in additional languages
- Opportunity to obtain CMRN (GCP) training certification
- Membership in our general staffing pool
- No prior research experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Contribute to the advancement of transformative treatments
