Job Summary

As a Clinical Psychologist in our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Division, you will provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adult and child members with a range of mental health needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for members with acute or chronic mental illness.
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Conduct psychological assessments, including test administration and interpretation.
  • Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, and maintain confidential records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health, or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
  • Experience in psychological evaluations of adults, children, adolescents, and families.
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnostic experience.
