Job Description

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for performing ophthalmic techniques, scribing for physicians, and assisting with examination and treatment of patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Function as a technician requiring knowledge and understanding of retina-specific ophthalmology terminology.
  • Requires proficient keyboarding skills, use of electronic medical record and image management system.
  • Utilize electronic mail and other instant messaging systems.
  • Skilled in ophthalmic terminology, ability to type words accurately with speed and knowledge of TRAM Electronic Medical Records system.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and location.
