Responsibilities:- Record and monitor residents' health details, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting resident comfort and well-being.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member, providing exceptional care and support to residents.
