Revlon Consumer Products LLC is seeking a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Analyst to support its global sustainable business strategy. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing sustainability-related data from across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a business setting, with a focus on sustainability-related data and reporting. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, particularly in cosmetics and personal care, is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, marketing, and communications, to ensure the integrity of sustainability-related data and drive business decision-making. Familiarity with relevant sustainability-related regulation and reporting frameworks, such as CSRD and GHG, is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in data management tools, such as SAP, Workiva, and Excel, is required.
