Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Monitoring Specialist/ Enterprise Incident Response Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Incident Management: Perform real-time monitoring of network environments, TIC, infrastructure, and other services to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Incident Escalation and Resolution: Collaborate with the SOC and Service Desk to resolve incidents and problems, escalating complex issues to service owners as needed.
  • SOP Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation to ensure consistent incident and problem management processes.
  • Technical Analysis and Root Cause Identification: Analyze major incidents to identify underlying causes and develop recommendations for prevention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Mathematics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of monitoring-related experience or 6+ years of experience with a Systems Administrator or Network certification.
  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
