Job Description

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health program. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of therapists providing adult and adolescent mental health services.
  • Evaluate clients for appropriate level of care requirements and identify DSM VTR diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consults.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other staff as assigned.
  • Maintain a caseload as needed and appropriate for the role.
  • Assist the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility.
  • Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.

Requirements:

A Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. 5 years of experience as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, with 5 years of experience supervising or managing staff/clinicians.
