Radiological Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiological Control Specialist to join our team at MarCom LLC.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobThis position involves performing radiological surveys, monitoring radiation levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a Radiological Control Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide radiological support coverage for maintenance, operational, and routine work involving radioactive materials.
You will be responsible for monitoring radiation, contamination, and airborne radioactivity in the workplace, as required by radiological program procedures and 10 CFR 835.
Requirements- A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A vocational college certification or equivalent in radiation protection is preferred.
- DOE Core Certification is also required.
- At least two years of field experience performing radiological work coverage and monitoring in an NRC or DOE regulated activity is necessary.
