The Office Administrator Role

This is a key member of our team that provides administrative and technical support to the estimators and project managers from the preconstruction phase through final completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract documents, bid calendar, and trade packages.
  • Set up estimates using Excel and B2W estimating software.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and manage bid lists.
  • Process bid addenda and notify parties of changes.
  • Track and analyze subcontractor bids.
  • Assist estimators in preparing final bids and proposal packages.
  • Organize and maintain bid information for historical purposes.
  • Log executed contract documents and distribute as necessary.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
