Custodian/CSR

SBM Management Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join their team. As a Custodian/CSR, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirror/window surfaces
  • Ensure waste removal and recycling procedures are followed
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively
  • Valid driver's license required if driving company vehicle
  • Bilingual a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shifts: 5:00am - 1:30pm, 6:00am-6:20pm
