Custodian/CSR Position

SBM Management Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirror/window surfaces
  • Ensure proper waste removal, including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures, and report any hazards or incidents to management
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and take direction from supervisors
  • Use personal protective equipment as required, and maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write basic English, and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction
  • Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, and shapes

Compensation:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shifts:

5:00am - 1:30pm

6:00am-6:20pm
