Job Summary

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is a leading organization providing evidence-based practices for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home and group home services for adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Physical Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in group homes, nursing homes, and private residences.
  • Address client progress and engagement in occupations that affect client health, well-being, and living quality.
  • Determine and implement the client's treatment methodology, as well as guidance in interventions.
  • Perform therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.
  • Educate clients on better practices of approaching tasks and provide mentorship on how to work towards small goals.
  • Provide proper care and instruction to family members and caregivers.
  • Oversight, data collection, and correction on client progress towards long- and short-term treatment markers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations).
Requirements
  • Active Physical Therapy License.
  • MS degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
  • 2 years working experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working with Adults and Geriatrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details.
  • Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping clients achieve their true potential.
  • Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.
